FOAMY CREAM MAPLE DRINK
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
3 cups milk
6 cups seltzer
1 1/2 cups maple syrup
Divide milk among 8 tall glasses, letting it foam up the sides. Add seltzer, dividing among glasses. Pour 3 tbs maple syrup into center of each glass, stir in syrup, moving your spoon only at the bottom of the glass so you don't disturb the foam. SERVE & ENJOY...
