MINI CHEESEBURGERS WITH CRISPY BACON
MAKES 4 SERVINGS. HALF RECIPE FOR 2.
1 pound ground beef
1 tbs Worcestershire
1 tsp garlic flakes
1 tsp onion flakes
1 tbs oil
8 slices cheddar cheese
8 slider buns
4 slices bacon, each cut into 4 pieces crossways, cooked
In a bowl, combine beef, Worcestershire, garlic and onion flakes. Form into 8 patties. Heat oil in a skillet. Add patties, cook until done. Turn, add one cheese slice to each, cook until cheese melts. Place cheeseburger on bun, top each with 2 pieces of bacon. SERVE with pickles if desired & ENJOY...
