IRISH MINT BROWNIES
MAKES 16 SERVINGS.
1 pkg brownie mix
8 oz pkg cream cheese
4 oz white chocolate, melted
2 cups whipped topping
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
Green food coloring
1 1/4 cups chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter
HEAT oven to 350 degrees. Using foil lined 9x13" baking pan coated with cooking spray, prepare brownie mix, bake and cool. Beat next 3 ingredients until smooth. Spread half mixture over brownies. Chill 20 min. STIR peppermint extract and food coloring into remaining mixture to created desired green color, spread in pan. Chill 20 min. In bowl, microwave chocolate chips and butter until melted. Let sit 5 min. spread over mint layer. Chill until set. Garnish each brownie serving with a green gumdrop. SERVE & ENJOY...
