[SimplifyMe] Berry Bread-Pudding (SlowCooker)

 

BERRY BREAD-PUDDING SLOWCOOKER
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.

4 eggs
16 oz pkg toffee flavored coffee creamer
12 oz can evaporated milk
8 cups cubed French bread
4 cups berries

Coat slow cooker with cooking spray. In slow cooker, combine eggs, creamer and milk. Add bread, toss. Cover slow cooker. Cook on low 4 hours or until set. Uncover, let cool slightly. SERVE warm with berries & ENJOY...
