SPICY CHEESY DIP
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
8 oz bag shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbs flour
1 tsp ground mustard
1/2 cup beer
1/2 cup cream cheese
1 tsp Tabasco hot sauce
In bowl, combine first 3 ingredients. In pot, bring beer to a boil. Stir in cream cheese until smooth. Add cheddar mixture, stir until smooth. Stir in hot sauce. SERVE with vegetables and pretzels & ENJOY...
