SLOWCOOKER SPICE CAKE
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
1 pkg spice cake mix
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup caramel sauce
COAT slowcooker with cooking spray. Prepare cake mix, substituting applesauce for oil. Stir walnuts into batter. Spoon batter into slowcooker. Cover slowcooker. COOK on low 2 1/2 hours or until done. In bowl, microwave caramel sauce until melted. Pour over cake, cool. Garnish with whipped topping. SERVE & ENJOY...
