GLUTEN-FREE CHOCOLATE PIE
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
14 gluten-free chocolate sandwich cookies
1 1/4 cups dark chocolate chips, melted
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup milk
8 oz pkg whipped topping
1 pint strawberries, trimmed
In processor, pulse cookies until crumbs form. Add 1/2 cup chocolate. Process 30 seconds, press into greased pie plate. Beat cream cheese 1 min. Beat in remaining chocolate 1 min. Beat in milk. *Stir in 2 cups whipped topping, spoon into crust. Freeze 2 hours. Top with remaining whipped topping and berries. Garnish with chocolate drizzle. SERVE & ENJOY...
