[SimplifyMe] Herb Fried {Chicken}

 

HERB FRIED CHICKEN
MAKES 4 SERVINGS. HALF RECIPE FOR 2.

1 whole chicken, cut into 8 pieces
Salt and Pepper
Oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 tsp Worcestershire
2 cups flour
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup minced garlic
Pickle slices

Season chicken with salt and pepper, place in a plastic bag, refrigerate. Fill a pot halfway with oil, heat. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, Worcestershire and salt. In a separate bowl, season flour with salt. Dip chicken in egg, then coat in flour. Fry chicken until golden. TO SERVE---garnish with parsley, garlic and pickles & ENJOY...
