CHOCOLATE CINNAMON CAKE---Easy and yummy. Decorate as you desire.
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
1 pkg angel food cake mix
1/3 cup cocoa powder, sifted
2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups chocolate pudding
16 oz pkg cream cheese frosting
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease three 9" round cake pans. Prepare angel food cake mix as package directs, adding cocoa and cinnamon. Divide batter among pans. Bake 14 min. or until done. Let cool 10 min. unmold cakes. *Place 1 layer on platter, spread with half the pudding. Repeat with second layer and remaining pudding. Top with last layer. Coat cake with frosting. SERVE & ENJOY...
