EDAMAME HUMMUS DIP---Soybean protein packed.
2 cups shelled edamame
1/3 cup water
3 tbs rice vinegar
2 tbs tahini
2 tbs olive oil
1 minced garlic clove
1/2 tsp salt
Black pepper
Using a processor, combine first 7 ingredients. Process until smooth. Season with pepper. SERVE with veggies or chips & ENJOY...
