SKINNY BEAN DIP
Drain a 16 oz can cannellini beans. Place in a bowl, mash. Stir in 2 tbs balsamic vinegar, 2 tsp olive oil, 2 tbs sliced basil, 1/2 tsp chopped sage, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper. SERVE with veggies or chips & ENJOY...
