VEGGIE PASTA SALAD
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
Two 16 oz boxes pasta
1 cup broccoli florets
2 cups sliced asparagus
1/4 cup minced onions
3 cups chopped chard
1 tbs oil
1 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette
2 tbs chopped basil
Prepare pasta as package directs, adding broccoli and asparagus during last 2 min. of cooking, drain. In skillet, cook onions and chard in oil 4 min. Stir in last 3 ingredients. In bowl, toss chard with pasta, season with salt and pepper. SERVE warm, room temp or chilled & ENJOY...
