SMOKY SWEET BEANS
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
1 cup diced bell peppers
1 onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp oil
1/2 cup diced chorizo
Two 16 oz cans baked beans
15 oz can white beans, drained
1 tbs pork rub
IN pot, cook first 3 ingredients in oil until tender. Add chorizo, beans and pork rub, let simmer 15 min. SERVE & ENJOY...
