[SimplifyMe] Saucy Tex-Mex {Steak}

 

SAUCY TEX-MEX STEAK
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.

1 1/4 cups parsley
1 1/4 cups cilantro
4 cloves garlic
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded
6 tbs oil
4 tbs chicken broth
1 lime, zested, juiced
2 pound flank steak
3 tbs steak spice rub

IN processor, pulse first 4 ingredients until chopped. Add 4 tbs oil, broth, 2 tbs lime juice and 1 tsp lime zest, pulse to combine. Season. HEAT grill. Rub steak with remaining oil and spice rub. Grill until desired doneness. Let sit 5 min. before slicing. SERVE with sauce & ENJOY...
