HERB CHEESE TOPPED RADISHES
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
8 oz goat cheese
2 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
2 tbs pesto
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbs chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, crushed
8 large radishes, trimmed, sliced
Beat cheeses, bell pepper, pesto, juice, 2 tsp parsley, garlic, salt and pepper until combined. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe cheese mixture onto each radish slice. Garnish with remaining parsley. SERVE & ENJOY...
