HERB BUTTER CORN
MAKES 4 SERVINGS. HALF RECIPE FOR 2.
Puree 1/2 stick butter, 1/4 cup basil, zest of 1 lemon, 1 garlic clove and a pinch of salt. Cook 4 ears corn in boiling salted water until tender. Top with basil butter and 3 tbs shredded Parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper. SERVE & ENJOY...
