FRUIT BROWNIE LOAF
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
1/2 of a 16 oz pkg brownie mix
1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate
1 pint strawberry ice cream
2 cups sliced strawberries
1 pint vanilla ice cream
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Line a loaf pan with wax paper, grease. Prepare brownie mix as package directs, adding chocolate, pour into pan. Bake 28 min. or until done. Let cool. Lift brownie from pan, remove paper. LINE pan with plastic, return brownie to pan. Layer with strawberry ice cream, 1 cup berries and vanilla ice cream. Cover, freeze 3 hours or until set, remove from pan. Top with remaining berries. SERVE & ENJOY...
