EASY STRAWBERRY SAUCE
MAKES 1 1/4 CUPS.
3 cups strawberries, chopped
1/2 cup sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp vanilla
Combine first 3 ingredients and 2 tbs water in a pan. Cook until berries break down. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. *Strain into a bowl, let cool. SERVE over ice-cream & ENJOY...
