DOUBLE BERRY CRUMBLE
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
2 pounds strawberries
3 cups raspberries
3 cups sliced rhubarb
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 tbs cornstarch
1 stick butter, melted
15 oz pkg sugar cookie mix
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Heat oven to 400 degrees. In bowl, mix first 5 ingredients, transfer to greased 9x13" baking dish. In bowl, combine last 3 ingredients until crumbs form, sprinkle over fruit mixture. Bake 30 min. or until done, covering with foil during last 10 min. SERVE warm with ice cream & ENJOY...
