After speaking to a few fellow members in this group, we realise that some items were taken by commercial companies and not those who really need the items.
To minimise this, why don't we post the email address of the person who took the items?
It will be transparent and we will be able to see
eg. XXX@abc.com has taken 5 single beds over a period of 1 month?
Does anyone have any other suggestions or comments?
