HAWAIIAN MINI PIZZA
MAKES 1 SERVING.
1 English muffin, split, toasted
3 tbs marinara sauce
1 1/2 oz ham, chopped
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup cubed pineapple
1 green onion, sliced
Place English muffin on a baking sheet. Spread with sauce, top with ham, cheese, pineapple and green onion. Broil until cheese melts. SERVE & ENJOY...
