HERB LEMON SALMON
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
Prepare grill. Brush grate until clean. Pat 8 skin on salmon fillets dry. Brush fillets all over with 2 tsp oil, sprinkle with salt. Coat flesh sides with HERB RUB---1/2 cup chopped dill, 1/4 cup chopped tarragon, 1 tbs grated lemon peel, and 1 tbs sugar. *Push skewers through salmon lengthwise, place skin side down, on grill. Cook without turning over until opaque. Scrape fillets from grill. SERVE & ENJOY...
