SWEET SOUR ONIONS
Melt 2 tbs butter in a pan. Add 1 each sliced white onion and red onion, cook until soft. Add 1/4 cup ketchup, 1 tbs red wine vinegar, 2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp hot sauce, salt and pepper, heat through. Stir in 3 chopped green onions. SERVE on hot dogs & ENJOY...
