ZESTY GRILLED CORN
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
3 tbs butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp honey
1 lime, zested, juiced
1 tbs minced chives
6 ears corn
Heat grill. In a bowl, combine butter, garlic, honey, 1 tsp lime juice and 1/2 tsp lime zest. Microwave until melted. Season with salt and pepper. Brush corn with 1/2 butter mixture. Grill until done. SERVE with remaining butter mixture & ENJOY...
