SOGGY PIECRUST TIP
To prevent berries from making piecrust soggy, sprinkle a few tablespoons of vanilla wafer or graham cracker crumbs over bottom of unbaked crust before adding the fruit filling. The crumbs will absorb excess moisture so the crust stays crisp, plus adds a sweet flavor to the pie...
