2 tbs each cider vinegar, brown sugar and butter
1 1/2 tsp each beef bouillon granules and chili powder

4 pound beef brisket

2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp ground mustard
1/4 tsp garlic salt

Cut brisket in half, place in a slowcooker. In a bowl, combine water, Worcestershire, vinegar, garlic, bouillon, chili powder, mustard, cayenne and garlic salt. Refrigerate 1/2 cup mixture for sauce, pour remaining mixture over beef. Cook on low 8 hours or until meat is tender. *Remove beef, cool slightly. Skim fat from cooking juices. Shred meat, return to slowcooker, heat through. *In a pan, combine ketchup, brown sugar, butter, hot sauce and reserved water mixture. Bring to a boil. Simmer 3 min. Place beef on rolls, drizzle with sauce. SERVE & ENJOY...
