SAUCY PEA-HAM PASTA
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
16 oz pkg fettuccine pasta
2 cups frozen peas
2 tbs butter
1 garlic clove, minced
1 1/2 cups milk
8 oz pkg cream cheese, cubed
4 oz ham, cut into strips
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Pepper
In a pot, cook pasta according to package directions, adding peas during last 3 min. of cooking. *In a skillet, melt butter. Add garlic, cook 1 min. Add milk and cream cheese, cook until blended. Remove from heat, stir in ham and cheese. *Drain pasta and peas, toss with sauce. Sprinkle with pepper. SERVE & ENJOY...
