SIMPLE YUMMY BLONDIES
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
1 1/2 sticks butter
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8" square baking pan with foil, leaving overhang. Coat foil with cooking spray. *In a pan, melt butter. Off heat, whisk in both sugars, vanilla and salt. Whisk until creamy 1 min. Add eggs, whisk well. Add flour, stir until blended. Pour into pan. *Bake blondies until done 40 min. Cool in pan. Using foil overhang, lift blondies out of pan. Cut into squares. SERVE & ENJOY...
