EASY CHEESY PEAS
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
1 pound sugar snap peas, strings removed
10 oz frozen peas
4 tbs butter
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Heat a pot of salted water to boiling. Add all peas, cook 1 min. or until peas are thawed. Drain. In same pot, melt butter. Cook 4 min. or until browned. Add peas and 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese. SERVE immediately & ENJOY...
