SAUCY ROAST BEEF
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
3 pound beef eye round roast
1/4 cup Tuscan seasoning
2 tbs minced rosemary
2 tbs minced thyme
1 cup plain yogurt
3 tbs horseradish
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbs minced green onions
Heat grill. Coat beef with cooking spray. Mix next 3 ingredients, rub on beef. Place beef, fat side up, on grill. Grill covered 1 hour or until done. Mix last 4 ingredients, SERVE with beef & ENJOY...
