LEMON BUTTERMILK PIE
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
WHISK 1 1/4 cups sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tbs flour and 1/2 tsp salt in a bowl. Whisk 1/2 cup buttermilk, 4 eggs, 6 tbs melted butter, zest and juice of 1 lemon and 1 tsp vanilla in a separate bowl, whisk in sugar mixture. Pour into a 9" graham cracker crust. Bake at 350 degrees until golden 45 min. Let cool. Dust with powdered sugar. SERVE & ENJOY...
