GROWN UP S'MORES
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
1/2 cup sugar
4 tbs butter
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbs bourbon
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
Graham crackers
Marshmallows
Bittersweet chocolate bars
Heat sugar in a pan until sugar melts. Cook until dark amber. Stir in butter, sour cream and bourbon, cook 2 min. Off heat, stir in vanilla and salt. Sandwich 1 tbs between graham crackers with toasted marshmallows and bittersweet chocolate bars, broken into squares. SERVE & ENJOY...
