GREENS WITH VINAIGRETTE
MAKES 4 SERVINGS. HALF RECIPE FOR 2.
Cook 6 sliced garlic cloves in 1/4 cup oil until golden. Remove from heat, stir in 3 tbs each chopped walnuts and sun dried tomatoes, let cool. Stir in 2 tbs red wine vinegar, season with salt and pepper. Toss with 1 head torn lettuce. SERVE & ENJOY...
