GLAZED HERB PORK
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
1 pound pork tenderloin
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbs oil
1 tbs snipped rosemary
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and Pepper
Thyme
Place pork in a plastic bag set in a dish. FOR MARINADE---In a bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, rosemary, garlic, pepper and salt, pour over meat. Seal bag, marinate in refrigerator 1 hour. Remove pork from marinade, discard marinade. Prepare grill. PLACE tenderloin on grill rack, grill tenderloin 40 min. or until done. Brush tenderloin on all sides with glaze. Grill 1 min. Remove from grill. Cover with foil, let stand 15 min. Garnish with thyme, slice to serve. SERVE & ENJOY...
BALSAMIC GLAZE---In a pan, bring 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar to boiling. Simmer 5 min.
