STAR-SHAPED MELON BITES
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
Three 1/2" thick slices watermelon
4 slices provolone cheese
16 blueberries
1 lime, zested, juiced
With 2" star cutter, cut out 16 watermelon stars. With 1 1/2" star cutter, cut out 16 provolone stars. Thread blueberries, cheese and watermelon onto toothpicks. Arrange on platter. *In bowl, mix 1 tbs lime juice and 1/4 tsp lime zest, drizzle over stars. SERVE & ENJOY...
