PEACH SAUCE RIBS
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
1/3 cup peach preserves
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs spicy brown mustard
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Hot sauce
2 racks ribs
8 tbs barbecue rub
HEAT grill. In bowl, stir together first 6 ingredients. Rub both sides of ribs with barbecue rub. Place each rack in center of sheets of foil, fold foil over rack, crimp edges to seal. Grill 2 hours 15 min. remove from foil. Grill until glazed, basting with peach sauce. Let rest 15 min. SERVE & ENJOY...
