GINGER-BANANA ICE CREAM
MAKES 4 SERVINGS. HALF RECIPE FOR 2.
2 bananas, peeled, chopped, frozen
1 tsp chopped candied ginger
1 tbs melted dark chocolate
1/2 tsp vanilla
In processor or blender, puree bananas until smooth, pulse in ginger. Divide mixture among 4 bowls. In separate bowl, combine chocolate, vanilla and 1/2 tsp hot water, drizzle over banana puree. SERVE immediately & ENJOY...Garnish as desired.
