If I may give a suggestion, I think giving up the list of the email address and/or the phone no won't solve the problem at all.
Firstly is because email address is very easy to get, and those who are really in this business, they surely have more than 1 email address.
Secondly, the phone no., it's actually make some sense, but i/o just giving up phone no of those taker from the companies, we also giving up phone no of those genuine takers, and it's just not a right thing to do, because other people can just use that phone no for other purposes and it can be really annoying for the no. owner.
Anyway, my point is, I agree with the admin that we can't possibly differentiate which taker is from a company and which taker is genuinely need the stuff, but as what another member mentioned before, those who are really in need may not be able to response ASAP as we expect them to.
So the only way to prevent this from happening is all in the item's owner hand.
My suggestion to the owner is, if you are not really rushing to dispose the unwanted items, please do take your time to choose the taker to make sure that the items will be useful for them, i/o just selling them for profit.
On the other hand, if you have time limit to dispose the items, I think whether the taker collected the items for his/her own purpose of for sale, it won't even matter for the owner, and also it doesn't make any difference for other takers who actually need the items but cannot get it on time, does it sounds right to you?
