VEGETABLE STIR FRY Makes 4 servings. Toasted sesame seeds 2 tsp grated gingerroot or 1/8 tsp ground ginger 1 tbs vegetable oil 1 tbs cornstarch 1 clove garlic, minced 4 cups cut up vegetables, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and celery 1 tbs low sodium soy sauce 1 cup low sodium chicken broth Stir broth, cornstarch and soy sauce in a bowl until the mixture is smooth. -Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the vegetables, ginger and garlic and stir fry until they are tender crisp. -Add the broth mixture to the skillet. Cook and stir until the mixture boils and thickens.
