[SimplifyMe] Hazelnut Loaf (Cakes)---w/ Nutmeg

 

HAZELNUT HAPPINESS                               Makes 20 servings.

3/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
1/4 cup hazelnut liqueur
2/3 cup reduced fat sour cream
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 box pound cake mix

Heat oven to 350°. Prepare pound cake according to package directions, omitting liquid and adding sour cream, butter and liqueur. Stir in nutmeg and hazelnuts.
-Divide batter between 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 35 min. or until done. Let cakes cool in pans 5 min. Remove from pans, then slice and SERVE...
