YUMMY SPICY CHEESE STRAWS
MAKES 5 DOZEN.
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
8 tbs unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a blender, process cheese and butter until smooth. Add flour, salt and cayenne, pulse until mixture forms a soft dough. *Transfer dough to a pastry bag fitted with a star tip, pipe 3" long straws onto ungreased baking sheets. Twist decoratively. Refrigerate 30 min. *Bake until straws are lightly browned 12 min. Let cool on baking sheets. SERVE & ENJOY...
