[SimplifyMe] Spicy Grilled {Vegetables}

 

SPICY GRILLED VEGETABLES
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.

1/4 cup balsamic tomato dressing
1/2 pound asparagus, trimmed
2 red and/or yellow bell peppers, sliced
3 zucchini and/or yellow squash, sliced
6 green onions, trimmed
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Heat grill. In bowl, combine 2 tbs dressing and next 5 ingredients, toss. Season with salt and pepper. Grill vegetables until tender. Drizzle with remaining dressing. SERVE & ENJOY...
