BARBECUE CAN CHICKEN
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
12 oz can beer
3 tbs seasoning rub
3/4 cup barbecue sauce
5 pound roasting chicken
Heat grill. In bowl, mix half the beer and next 2 ingredients, reserve half. Place beer can in a pan. Lower chicken cavity over beer can, brush with sauce mixture. Place pan on grill, grill 1 1/2 hours or until done, basting. Let sit 10 min. before carving. Brush with reserved sauce mixture. SERVE & ENJOY...
