FISH WITH CHIPS
MAKES 4 SERVINGS.
1 pound frozen fries
1 tsp paprika
4 fish fillets
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 egg whites, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
3 tbs oil
Lemon wedges
Ketchup
Tartar sauce
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Place fries on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10 min. Sprinkle with paprika, bake an additional 10 min. until crispy. Season fish with 1/4 tsp salt and pepper. *DIP in egg whites, coat with breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a skillet. Add fish, cook until golden. Sprinkle fish with remaining salt. SERVE with fries and lemon wedges. Accompany with ketchup and tartar sauce. & ENJOY...
