SWEET TEA PUNCH
MAKES 8 DRINKS.
10 black tea bags
3/4 cup honey
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 bunch mint
2 pints orange sorbet
Soda water
3 lemons, sliced into rounds
In a bowl, combine tea bags, honey and sugar with 8 cups boiling water, stir until honey and sugar dissolve. Let steep 10 min. Discard tea bags, add mint. Let cool, strain, discard mint. Chill until cold. *ADD one scoop sorbet to each of 8 glasses. Divide tea among glasses, then top with a splash of soda water. Garnish each glass with a lemon slice. SERVE with a straw & ENJOY...
