CLEANING OVEN TIP
Ammonia is unpleasant but it's also effective. And because your oven is enclosed, the ammonia can work it magic without filling your home with fumes. With oven off, place a half cup full strength ammonia on top oven rack and a cup of water on bottom oven rack. Leave both containers there overnight, with oven off, remove them in the morning. From there, you should be able to easily remove residue with a spatula and wipe down with disposable rags. Then pour ammonia down sink while running the tap. Rinse rags, let dry and throw away...
