EASTER BIRD-NESTS CEREAL TREATS
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
2 cups puffed rice cereal
4 oz bar white chocolate, melted
1/4 tsp cinnamon
6 tbs shredded sweetened coconut, toasted
Jelly beans, candy coated almonds or mini chocolate eggs
Coat 6 wells of cupcake pan with cooking spray. In bowl, stir together cereal, white chocolate and cinnamon. *Divide cereal mixture among cupcake pan wells, make depression in center of each. Chill until firm. *Release nests from pan. Divide coconut among nest tops. Garnish with jelly beans, coated almonds or chocolate eggs. SERVE & ENJOY...
