[SimplifyMe] Sausage-Veggie Panko {Pasta}

 

SAUSAGE-VEGGIE PANKO PASTA
MAKES 4 SERVINGS. HALF RECIPE FOR 2.

1 pound Italian sausage, casing removed
1 zucchini, chopped
1/2 cup white wine or broth
15 oz can crushed tomatoes
10 oz pasta, cooked
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tbs oil

In skillet, brown sausage. Add zucchini and wine, cook 3 min. Add tomatoes, simmer 5 min. Stir in pasta. In bowl, combine breadcrumbs and oil. Sprinkle over pasta. SERVE & ENJOY...
