[SimplifyMe] Roasted Veggie {Pizza}

 

ROASTED VEGGIE PIZZA
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.

6 cups assorted sliced vegetables, carrots, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes
1/4 pound bacon, diced
1 pound wheat pizza dough
1/2 cup 4 cheese Alfredo pasta sauce
1/2 cup part skim ricotta cheese
1/2 tbs minced rosemary

Heat oven to 425 degrees. On baking sheet, coat veggies with cooking spray, toss with bacon. Bake 15 min. Increase temp to 450 degrees. Press dough into 9x13" rectangle, spread with pasta sauce. Top with veggie mixture. Dot with ricotta, sprinkle with rosemary. Bake 15 min. or until done. SERVE & ENJOY...
