BUTTERSCOTCH DRIZZLED BROWNIES
MAKES 16 SERVINGS.
4 tbs unsalted butter
2 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup lowfat sour cream
1/2 cup sugar or substitute
1/2 cup brown sugar or substitute
2 eggs
1 tbs vanilla
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
2 tsp lowfat milk
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Coat an 8" baking pan with cooking spray. Melt butter with chocolate in a pan. Remove pan from heat, stir in sour cream, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, salt and chocolate chips. *Pour batter into pan, bake 35 min. Cool brownies in pan, cut into 16 squares. Melt butterscotch chips in a pan. Add milk, whisk until smooth. Stack brownies, 2 in each stack, drizzle each stack with butterscotch. SERVE & ENJOY...
